The Judiciary Is a Structure's Problem

A federal judiciary that can simply leap in the d oh j has the president dead to rights. Judge red o'connor, who infamously had basically ruled that the affordable caract was unconstitutional, just issued a ruling that said that cannot be forced as part of the affordable car acts formulary for religious reasons. And i guess my question for you is, as somebody who's been writing about all the ways in which democracy is thwarted, this kind of rule by juristocracy is crippling. I don't think we're having serious conversations about fixing that structural problem at all.
