The Golden Era of Restaurant Tours
I get excited for maybe these real estate crashes because then you have like artists and restaurant tours can move back in and get decent lease rates. What I thought was fascinating is actually over the last several decades as those rent rates went through the roof and Manhattan or LA or San Francisco. They're going to the second or tertiary cities where they could get cheaper rates whether it's Asheville Nashville, any smaller town.
