Is the War in Ukraine a Leap Forward?

Ukraine is a major exporter of grain of steel and manufactured goods. It also has a massive IT industry so they're a commercial links there. And that's a very foundational and strategic reason something Europe is helping Ukraine. The US and others are looking at this war for its lessons for fighting Russia potentially on the ground in the air, sea or cyberspace. China will be studying this war in minute detail like they did the first goal for 1991 which drove their current multi decade transformation of the people's liberation army.
