How Reliable Are Barrels?
Each barrel tastes and smells totally different. Not all of them smell gooda, we do dump beer every once in a while. There are barrels that still taste extreme acid altahide. This upcoming season, will be dumping some ah and tey're cleaning those barrels very heavily. Even within m you know, the seven barrels, the seven puncheons, or whatever, from one cool ship fill, each one of those will taste totally different. So i would say that the barrels definitely are their own little microcosms um of of flavor and aroma.
