I did about 20 hours of prep before each of those workshops. I took in a ton of material and basically did as much down foraging as possible. We had quite a few sales folks, which was really nice for this particular context. And feedback that I got later was that it would be really nice to have some people from support. So we also had a lead software architect as well that was going to be on this project.
