The Reaction to High Performance Coaches

I don't want to be a high performance person, I just want to do my stuff. And because it's been marketed as this high performance, real, like only the higher extent and it's so tough. There is that competitive nature from anyone who is outside of the field,. It's hard to come in and take those concepts into business - but not talk about it as a high performance thing. When you say high performance coaches, like, you see them out there, they're not. That's what was frustrating for me coming out of university.
