Japan Is Not Choked Liver, but It's a Good Idea, Right?
Admiral James Stiffrey: Japan has shown itself to be a steady, capable partner and they will use those resources intelligently. In terms of Taiwan, they are not chocked liver, but right now they're not 16 ounce ribeye steak either. So this is both a need and an opportunity for Western defense companies that I hope will be filled soon. And then third and finally, yeah, South Korea, we tend to overlook their capability. They're unafraid to draft the K-pop singers into the Korean military. You've got a pretty good package of capability going which I think will deter China from pulling a Ukraine against Taiwan.
