The Magic of Lottery Reform
The list of second year guys who are like pushing you into a conference files will probably grow with lottery reform. I felt more comfortable with them having an outside chance than believing they're going to be worse in the conference. The Raptors started with a 60 win team and then they traded for one of the past players in past, right? But this was a 61 team that repeatedly disappointed in the playoffs. And so I'm kind of on the, these guys aren't that good trade at this point.
