Two-year interest rates were 25 basis points, seemingly a year and a half ago. The right price for the S&P should be somewhere between $3,200 and $3,400. Banks have the best exposure to real rates; they've been outperforming since their earnings. In an inflationary environment, the energy sector will continue to outperform.
