Do Animal Brains Contain Adapted Information?

Animals have sources of knowledge through learning. This is not in doubt, whether you want to call that knowledge or not. In example, a dog learns to sit for a treat that is not in its geno. It has to learn that, ok? That's a piece of adapted information that solves a certain problem. The pavlovian effect and habituation are early forms of classical conditioning. Even single celled animals have a form of this called habituation. And then the costa condition can also go wayway down on the evolutionary chain,. If all you needed was a little programme that was in the gens, you wouldn't evolve brainsit just wouldn’t happen.
