I want to ask about part of your culture that i've heard you talk about before,. But we think a lot about culture, seri goldmansaxon investment cultures as being quite defining to long term, successive organization. And you've spoken a lot about the role that essentialism plays at altimeter can you unpack that a little bit for us and why that's an important part of whe gisar and why you've been successful overtime?
