Worry every time you see awareness travelling to the future to do something similar to great negative things in the mind. Bring that ball of light back. Keep it int here now. And sal kay, i'm not going to allow myself to do that. If iam going to conjure up a potential negative problem in the future, then i'm going to do thete right thing - find a solution for that.
