The Hostility Toward Faith From Fellow Scientists
As your career progressed you bumped into many colleagues scientific colleagues who didn't share your faith or perhaps or even actively invested against it at some level. Most of the scientists I interact with who are actually practicing scientists understand that science is really good at addressing certain kinds of questions. But they and we understand that science just doesn't answer some of these bigger philosophical religious questions it's not even designed to so when if a an outspoken scientist says something like you know science has disproved God or something like that most of us realize that That's way out of bounds because science can explain how things work but we can't measure with a microscope or a telescope whether or not God exists, for example.
