The Advantages of Turnkey Property Management
The thing I love most about turnkey is that I build a relationship with somebody. Once I sell it, I'm now managing that asset for that investor. It's another income from stream for us. So when you miss that house, you just just look at that direct. And you're going to. What about taxes? No one's talking about that. I love taxes. That's what I like about it the most. You know, I answer I'm talking more as an operator right now.
