Consumers - I'm a Consumer, Not a Service Center

Madasher: We are constantly in a low level battle with all of the people that we pay to help us. Remember, again, they don't work for us. They work for them. There's really no such thing as handing off your decisions to the experts? My father once said that being a good consumer can be a full time job. Even if you do a tenth of the research he does, that's a lot of time spent looking at consumer reports.
