The Federal Reserve cannot escape from Obama's zero interest rate policy without creating such large losses for the banking systems reserves and assets. The International Monetary Fund reports that this condition already is the case with many of the global South debts. I think it will be interesting to see how what happens with credit suites with Deutsche Bank, etc.
