I actually think that taking responsibility is the ultimate freedom. What if you're instead of blaming the other? It doesn't matter. You don't have to agree with anything. We are going to slip a lot. But it's about just saying it. And for that, you have to be able to see that you're a flawed person who can be accountable without that becoming a major source of shame and I'm terrible.
