I think there's absolutely no debate over the fact that they really affect our concentration. The more time a young person spends on social media, whether it's so TikTok or Instagram or YouTube, the less they seem to like themselves. And also, and I think this connects to what we're going to talk about, the angrier and all-sad they get. So they're literally commodifying both young and youthful sadness and rage.
