Riley: Instead of the blank, you know, instead of the overthrow of the blank slate understanding of human nature, it's almost like a very much the enchantment of the universe with the sociological forces. He says there is only one explanation for disparities in representation in different professions and he doesn't even mention that men and women on average are not identical to each other. Riley: It used to be not okay to talk about any innate sex differences although ironically it was always politically OK to talk about innate differences in sexual orientation.
