I think that like anything else, I think you can take good ideas from Marxism and leave behind things that you don't like. It is certainly the case that capitalism has responded to the things that Marx said 150 years ago by not only not imploding, but by essentially stamping out every other competitor on earth in terms of ideologies and economic systems.
