Hinman's speech has proven to be a new kind of regulatory statement I propose we call anti-guidance. Gabriel Shapiro, the general counsel at Delphi Labs writes, Hinman emails are a nothing burger, though great for ETH. Jake Travinsky from the Blockchain Association responded to that and said, I fully agree with this thread. The SEC has no idea what it's doing on crypto and never has.
