Is Carbohydrate a Good Supplement for Resistance Training?
There hasn't been much actual quantitative analysis in this realm for resistance training, even though it has been done for indurance training a number of times. I think there's always a reductionistic approach that inevitably occurs, just because people want the sound bite. But have you not observed this? Strength athletes eating sugar? Well, training just to pass the time. And i'm talking either like sour patch kids or like anything else.
