Calcium and Vitamin D: The Building Blocks for Bone Health

I don't like taking things. I just don't even calcium and vitamin D. My position on this is that you need to have the building blocks there. Just taking in more calcium doesn't necessarily mean you will build your bone. But it has to be adequate. And the adequate vitamin D is necessary because that's important for calcium absorption. Those are the two nutrients that are viewed as being critical to make sure they are sufficient to support the metabolic bone environment.
