Adobe Shares - The DoJ and Figma Deals, What's the Probability?

The shares of Adobe fell almost 8%, but it was the biggest drop since September. The DOJ and FTC have both decided, look, we're going to bring the tough deals. We've allowed too much consolidation, particularly big tech companies buying up small scrappy competitors. And even we have to go take these cases to court even if they're tough.
