It's so easy to layer them on. You can just have a, and some peanut butter in there too. So it can just be this bomb of oxalates hitting your body. And I just feel for people trying to navigate. It violates my sense of fairness. Cause those of us who are trying to eat well are making all this expense of time, effort and thought and energy going into it,. thinking we're doing ourselves some good.
