I think where schools can do a better job is helping students understand, like, what they really should be looking for in the agencies that theyre going to put their careers in. Because of the smaller team, im to get more like close mentership with te upper management,. again, because maybe it's like a smaller shop, and they just like believe in that type of thing. Say, i mean, it's a very personal a choice, Like, what is going to be the right fit, or the best environment for someone just starting out?
