The Importance of Control in Venture MLS

I wouldn't say it's just trust because I mean I want to point out like one of the things that we're doing at zero mls is and I know you know about this is the venture MLS. We are working with startups and evaluating these products and in some cases we have made investments. It's not a distrust of of vendors per se it's just being able to keep some some aspect of control over what we can do.
