It's in there that you establish that conviction that I must speak on this or I must make this decision so true and I can tell you when your heart is beating fast because you're so excited about what needs to come out. There's nothing like it when you're convicted about something and it must happen and then you step into it really is I believe the the energy the unbelievable chemical reaction of doing something that matters so good all right.
