When parents get to retirement age, we kind of forget that there are so many things that come with retirement. I think just taking a moment to understand where she's coming from will help your frame of mind and kind of help you plan this conversation that you have with her. If you can sit down with her and have her draw out her like retirement plan or even better do step one, go to a financial advisor together or with your brother as well. Without numbers, both sides are kind of going, I'll be okay. And the other side's like, no, you're not.
