Psychadelics opens people up in a way that they can kind of even confront with themselves things that they've been really from. I was here when people have tried a solcibon or empty mate, there's a feeling of lightness that comes afterwards,. sometimes for some people, like when those defences have been temporarily washed away. It depends on which substance you're using, they can work significantly differently. But, you know, i'm there with my notes. I'm there t to keep tabs in remembrance. So it's more about just encouraging, n helping them, whether it's a feeling or emotion, just to focus on themselves and to trust themselves.
