Axiom CEO: If your product looks old, how do I know that your code isn't also old and gathering dust just like this interfaces? Maybe having good design is a value that I would want to be held by any product that I committed to. Usually an enterprise software buyer doesn't have an eye for those kinds of things or just might not care. And really, the things that matter to them are cost in the contractual terms and some sort of measurable ROI.
