What's the Value of Your Product?

It's not unusual for technology products to have features and capabilities that customers will not use if we don't explain the value to them first. So what you're saying is, like, customers not the expert on our product. They don't understand the full breadth of capabilities. It's basicly like chicken and egg. If you're going to talk about this stuff, that's what they're going to use it for. But that is not necessarily a business vision perspective. Like, where should you actually be building and then figuring out the positioning. And it has to come from also, like the market and studying the market and being strategic and thinking through it that way.
