I can envision giving much more than we've given. As I've said, we've compromised at least four times to my recollection. We're offering bandwidths of affordability that we're not required to comply with my law. And people need to also remember that, you know, times have changed. It is difficult to do a project like this at the best of times and today it's even more challenging.
