The Limits of Gender Expression in Public Accommodations
New York City's law explicitly states infinite genders exist because it defines gender expression as self-expression. It says you can't discriminate based on what someone wears in public accommodation. The only thing that does cross culture is the fact that men and women are tolerating each other, he said.
