Do You Use Thermo Dilution in Your Cat Lab?

Allison, i know after you saw our post, you offered a word of warning about using thermo dilution for determining cardiac output when there's concern for a shunt. Can you elaborate on that a bit further and recommend what approach could be used instead? I love that.
