I did a retreat at 42 acres where we were staying for a period of time and Tasha's there. She's this amazing foraging coach and she pretty much lives on the land. So I took people on this adventure where I took them into the woods in like a line. They had to practice 100 cycles of breath, like alternate nostrils for right and left hemispheres. And then I'd have them then taking 10 things that they can find in the area to build something,. using their imaginative architectural minds. Whatever they picked then became part of the dinner in the evening for the forest kitchen. That was absorption, that was digestion, that was fully having a relationship to the food
