The Senators are not going to be able to recoup what they paid for DeBrencat. The Remington group, which Ryan Reynolds ultimately chose to be a part of, was the first group to say, yeah, no thanks. Steve Apostolopoulos apparently had a bid of somewhere in the neighborhood of a billion dollars. But with the Remington group out and with Apostolopoulos out, it seems like the Senators are going to sell for less money.
