Bata alanine does a pretty good ob for improving performance for things lasting like 90 seconds to maybe up to five minutes or so. So it kind of makes sense that if you have that kicking in really early, and, say, like a two minute all out sprint, that you it's basically keeping you from tapping quite as far into your anerobic serve. It id make sense that a buffering supplement would improve performance in that regard.
