What Does the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act Prohibit?

The computer fraud and abuse act i has two corps provisions that are used in slightly different ways. Without authorization means that someone is engaging with a system in ways that they never had specific permission to engage with, loosely put colloquially. The second provision is about the situation where somebody is engaging with that system over and above what they were ostensibly allowed to do. But of course, these corps terms, without authorization and exceeding authorized access, they're not expressly defined by the statute.
