Strength Is Better to Maintain Than to Gain Muscle Tissue

The data would suggest that to maintain does not take as much as it takes to build tissue. And certainly strength is easier to maintain than muscle size. If you apply that as your stimulus, I believe it'd still grow over time, but I think that growth would be slow.
