Is the Twitter Algorithm a Good Defense?
The case of Google Veganzalas is going to be heard next year. If you are logged into Google while you are using YouTube, it is collecting information about the videos you watch by default without you having to opt in. The approach used by Twitter, where users have a choice between content from just those we follow or the algorithm feed, could be a defense against such a charge.
