How to Structure a Team to Meet the Needs of Your Business

When you're thinking about structuring the team or bringing in senior people specifically into the organization, is that sort of driven by needs that you yourself are identifying? Is that things that you sort of go to the team and or get feedback from? Like, how, how do you sort of think about mapping those out in identifying what the actual needs are for the business? It's no one system, I would say, to do it. You should always be close to your team and understand what's not working there,. And when you start a company, you know, this is something that I've learned, you're going to have people leaving.
