Is Bitcoin a Security?
I'm surprised that the stable coins have survived this long. I would have expected them to have shut them down earlier. And im no expert on securities law. But listening to garry gansler and listening to michael sailor talk about it is making me convinced that a basically every diital currency other than bit coin is pretty much a security. The only one that was not a security was bitcoin, because there was never anya. It's very clear. You look at all the material, all the propaganda, a sar non propaganda,. All the advertisement that was done for bitcoin, which was essentially a bunch of emales on a mailing list.
