How to Transition From Ned to a Team

I realized I needed processes. And so I went and I disc profiled potential new hires who would fit the mold of they love to tweak on processes. He's opposite me in so many ways. And he tinker on our processes like crazy. The first year that I told all our clients, you can't call myself one anymore. You have to call this this direct line. We lost 10 clients. But that same year, we had a new story. And the story was about the team approach. And I think we added 23 clients. So it averaged out. It was interesting and a difficult transition. That book is what has helped me build that culture.
