There are a lot of strategies aimed at reducing worry and rumination. But which ones actually work? A team of researchers set out to weed through all these udies in order to answer that question. Out of ten thousand 703 studies related to worry and rumi, on 36 met the researchers criteria. They identified seven main strategies that were not only effective in reducing worry but also contributed to healthier habits as well.
