I think it's important for the broader project of scholars who are concerned with racial capitalism to sort of tackle this. I would be hesitant to make any overarching claim about the role of foreign capital broadly, you know, and sustaining regimes of racial, racial capitalism is very clear in a South African case. And so there's something going on there. But I don't think it plays out the same in every context. So that kind of ongoing connection between South African capital and capital abroad to be western capital continuing to impoverish the black majority in South Africa. Does that continue? Of course, but of course, under very different terms?"
