Ouno: Some of my personal bests, they don't make any sense. If you have a lot of workouts that do not then cor to a race performance, that's a clear sign that you're a more of an robic athlete. The traditional wisdom was always, while you do your arobic work in the winter, and then you transition to more faster speed work in the summer. They run better when just doing they lactic threshold work, or a slower treshold pace than lactic marton pace.
