Is It a Good Idea to Sponsor Other Engineers?
I was reflecting on the idea that we were talking about how, like, these are different jobs, ir they take different expertie. And so i'm curious, having considered going the engineering manageor track, what kind of work do you feel like you can achieve as, like, a senior? I see that maybe you wouldn't be able to achieve as a senior engineering manager. Right now, i'm able to get some projects done. It's a lot. Given that, like senior, i sees may me have a ltle more time than injuring managers. Is sponsoring other engineers like an important aspect of your role? Oh yes, definitely.
