The Importance of Emotion in UX

I'm a big fan of emotion and putting emotion into the interface but maybe not going overboard. I think it's hard to say because even looking at data, you're a bit emotional about interpreting the data as well. In that sense, of course, it's a balance all the time. Getting emotion into websites is something that I struggle with. It's almost like when we talked about accessibility, it's something that I have to struggle with getting people to understand that it plays an important role in the end product.
