Cognitive Load in Softer Engineering?

The idea of commative load is comes from psychology field, right? So a someone called john swaller a defined cogmtive load in the 19 eighties as the total amount of mental effort being used a by a person d e, know, doing some task. And so what we're saying is we can also apply the idea of contive load at a team level. There are actually three types of cognitive load: intrinsic, extraneous and germaine. All things that take up mental effort willare the sort of extraneous congtive load. And then finally, we have german contive load, where we say, everything that's related to the actual problem space.
